The rooms were spacious, and the bed was quite comfortable. I appreciated the complimentary toiletries, and the overall ambiance was peaceful, allowing for a good rest despite being so close to busy areas. I encountered no issues during check-in or check-out, making my experience smooth.
All good 👍, but some improvements are needed.

Location
Run down state of kitchen equipment. I did not cook as a result.

The couch was an absolute nightmare—tiny, worn out, and sagging in the middle. It was impossible to sit comfortably, and the stained mattress on the pullout bed didn’t help. I regretted not asking for a different room right away!

Location
Bed uncomfortable and small; 1st floor room noisy.

I had a lovely stay! The location was super convenient, especially if you’re heading to the stadium. The room was spacious and clean, and I really appreciated the free WiFi. Plus, I loved that I could access the Les Mils gym—what a bonus! The staff were friendly and helpful, making check-in a breeze.
The building did feel a bit old, and I noticed some areas in the bathroom could use a good clean. The shower was a bit finicky too, and I had issues with the TV remote.

The apartment was spacious and clean. Staff were very helpful, providing an extra bed in the living room for our group of 4. Having two bathrooms was great. Location is good, a short walk from anywhere you want to be in the city.
Kitchen equipment was adequate but basic - eg no salad bowls, serving bowls.

Spacious apartment with comfy beds and friendly staff. It’s a bit dated and could use some freshening up, particularly the furnishings. I did encounter some street noise, but overall, it was clean and well-equipped for a group. Great location for a quieter stay in the city!

The reception staff were very helpful and friendly.
The whole bathroom was soaked everytime we used the shower. You had to take your socks/tights off to use the toilet and wipe the seat before! The shower curtain was pink with bacteria and needed changing a long time ago. The rest of the apartment was great. Just the tired, dirty and unpractical bathroom which let it down.

My stay was surprisingly enjoyable, thanks to the spacious apartment that had everything we needed. The location was perfect, making it easy to access shops and public transport, while the staff were generally helpful when approached.
The breakfast offerings could use a bit more variety to improve the experience.

I liked the location in central Wellington, and the large comfortable rooms. The range of facilities was very good and the staff were friendly and efficient. Often I choose accomodation a few dollars less expensive - but I was pleasantly surprised how much extra comfort I got by paying their price. I say to like minded people, "try Quest - you will like it".

The staff helped us a lot with anything we needed. Very spacious.
It was cold because the windows weren´t isolated properly, which made it uncomfortable.
